Terms and conditions
What you're buying, what we deliver, and what happens if one of us doesn't keep to the agreement.

Please note: the company details on this page are not final yet. This text is not definitive.
What these terms apply to
These terms apply to every quotation, assignment and agreement between PENDING (Chamber of Commerce PENDING) and you as the client. The offer is intended for businesses and self-employed people, not for consumers.
Departing from these terms is possible, but only if we both confirm it in writing.
Who this is not for
There are professions we deliberately do not serve. Those groups have their own codes of conduct and disciplinary rules about asking for reviews, and there is something else at play: anyone who writes a public review about such a business thereby reveals, under their own name, that they are a patient or client. That is information about themselves that we don't want out in the open.
This concerns care and support services, GPs, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists, pharmacies, vets, lawyers, notaries and funeral directors. If you sign up anyway, we will not deliver and you get your money back.
What you're buying
€ 199 one-off setup fee (exclusief btw): your page in your own branding, your own web address, and a QR code with a table card and sticker ready to print.
€ 11,99 per month (exclusief btw) for the service itself: your page stays live — and with it your printed QR codes keep working — you can have texts changed whenever you want, and we keep the page up to date when Google's or Trustpilot's rules change. Or € 120 per year (exclusief btw); that way you pay for ten months instead of twelve.
If you don't have a Google Business Profile yet, we'll create one for you: € 99 one-off (exclusief btw). Without a profile there is nowhere for your customer's review to go.
VAT
All amounts exclude VAT. What you pay on top depends on where you are established.
If you are in an EU country other than the Netherlands, we reverse-charge the VAT to you. For that we need your VAT identification number and we verify it with the European Commission. If the number is wrong or you don't provide one, we have to charge Dutch VAT.
- Netherlands: 21% VAT is added to the amounts stated.
- Other EU countries, with a valid VAT number: 0%, VAT reverse-charged. You declare the VAT in your own country.
- Outside the EU: we charge no VAT. Any tax applying in your country is your own affair.
What we do, and when
Your page is online within two working days, counted from the moment we have everything from you. Usually it's the same working day.
You start on a web address of ours, so you don't have to wait for DNS. If you want to use your own domain, we send the instructions for your provider along; you or your web builder handle the switch.
What we need from you
Without these four things we cannot start, and the two-working-day period does not begin:
- a working Google Business Profile or Trustpilot account
- your business name, your logo and your colours
- a contact person who can answer questions
- access to your DNS, if you want to use your own domain
What you may not do with the page
The page is built to stay within the review platforms' rules. You may not work around that design:
- do not first survey customers on satisfaction in order to forward only the satisfied ones
- no discount, gift or other reward in exchange for a review
- do not post reviews on someone else's behalf
- do not have the critical keywords removed
If you do it anyway
Then we may terminate the agreement immediately and take the page offline. What you have already paid will not be refunded in that case. Any damage arising from it — a platform removing your listing, for instance — is yours to bear.
Payment
The one-off amount is paid before we start. The monthly amount runs a month in advance, by direct debit or by invoice with a fourteen-day payment term.
If you don't pay on time, we send a reminder first. If payment still doesn't arrive, we may take the page offline temporarily until the amount comes in.
Cancelling
Monthly, with no notice period, by email to hallo@30sreview.com. Your page stays live until the end of the paid month.
The one-off amount is not refunded. Your own texts, colours and logo are yours; you get them on request in a file you can use elsewhere.
Availability
Your page is an ordinary web page without a database and runs on our hosting provider's network. That is exceptionally reliable, but we give no availability guarantee on it. We announce maintenance as soon as it would be noticeable.
What is out of our hands
Google, Trustpilot and other platforms decide for themselves which reviews they show, keep or remove, and they can change their rules. We cannot guarantee that a review stays posted, nor how many reviews you will get.
Liability
If something goes wrong through our fault, we compensate the direct damage up to a maximum of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before.
Not compensated are lost revenue, missed reviews, reputational damage and the consequences of a review platform's decision. This limitation does not apply in the event of intent or wilful recklessness on our part.
Who owns what
The page, the code and the design remain ours; you get the right to use them for as long as the agreement runs. Your own texts, logo, photos and customer data remain yours.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. Existing customers are told a month in advance; if you don't agree, you can cancel as of that date.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Dutch law applies to this agreement. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, we put it before the competent court in the Netherlands.
