Why this exists
A happy customer almost never writes a review. An unhappy one does — they have a reason to sit down for it. That's why plenty of good businesses carry a rating that doesn’t reflect reality.
We don't fix that by posting reviews ourselves or filtering unhappy people out. That's illegal, and it backfires in the end. All we remove is the effort: ticking boxes instead of typing.
